This is such an amazing piece! With an openwork Celtic knot design like flowing water. True Celtic knots have no beginning and no end, making this a very symbolic piece in combination with the grace and mystique of the dolphin. Other details of the pewter Celtic knot dolphin hairslide include:
  • Highly polished silver over pewter
  • 5 ¾” hairstick length
  • 3” end-to-end on curve of dolphin
  • 1 ½” width of dolphin
Dolphins have to be conscious to breathe, and this means that they cannot go into a full sleep, because then they would suffocate. So… dolphins let only ½ of their brain sleep at a time! They sleep about eight hours a day in this fashion.
