The Bald Eagle was chosen as our National Emblem in 1787, and ever since the powerful combination of an Eagle with our American Flag is almost irresistible. We have brought these two symbols together in a pin/pendant you will be proud to wear. With wings unfurled, our silver over pewter eagle clutches a waving American flag in his strong talons. The flag is done in bright enamel work, providing a dramatic contrast between the two images. The pin measures 2 ¼” at its longest point and is 1 ¾” at its widest, and is a perfect compliment to our bookmark, JPEW5250.
