Q: How much is shipping?
A:Shipping costs will be calculated when you checkout. Additional shipping costs may be added after your order has been placed for international orders. We ship via US Mail or UPS Ground.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: We would be happy to ship to customers outside the United States. We will calculate your shipping charges after we receive your order. You are responsible for all duties and fees and customs forms will be filled out accurately. Contact us if you need a shipping quote.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We stand behind our products. If you aren't satisfied for any reason, let us know. Retail customers have 30 days to return an item in new condition and receive money back. After 30 days the item will be repaired or exchanged. Wholesale customers please see the Wholesaler Info page for your return policies.

Q: How do I register as a wholesale customer?
A: You must have a valid vendor's license/tax ID # and be purchasing for resale in
order to shop as a wholesale customer on our site. If you fit these qualifications, use the yellow "Login" button at the top of the page.
Please click on the Merchant Login Click Here button. If you have never registered on our website,
you will need to use the "click here to register" link. In the future you will want to log in with your email address and password so that you will see information available only to those in the trade. If you encounter any problems, please let us know so we can help.

Q: Why does my shopping cart say it's empty? Items are not being added to my cart.
A: Products with options such as color, stone, or size choice will not be added to your cart until you choose an option. If you go back and choose an option, the item will appear in your cart. If you want to purchase two or more colors, you will need to add each color to the cart separately. Return to top
Q: How do I change the quantity or remove a selection from my shopping cart?
A: Just click on the View Cart link at the top of the page, or correct your selection after placing it in your cart. Change the quantity you want and click update or select remove if you no longer wish to purchase the item.

Q: What is a wishlist and how can I use it?
A: On each item description page, there is an add to wishlist option under the picture. If you are browsing our site but are not ready to purchase at this time, you can add items to your wishlist for easy ordering later. You must create an online account with quantum-mfg.com in order to use the wishlist. (It's quick and easy!) When you are ready to purchase items on your wishlist, click on your account, log in, and click view wishlist.

Q: How can I tell a friend about this cool item I found on your site?
A: On each item description page, there is a tell a friend option under the picture. A small pop-up window will open and ask for your friend's email address, your name, and your email address. Using this link does not add you to our mailing list. We only send the one email with a link to the item you found, making it easy for your friend to see it too.

Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?
A: Click here to enter your email address and have your password mailed to you. If you are still having problems logging in, please contact us.

Q: What if I don't want to place my order online?
A: If you prefer to not use our secure online checkout, you may call, email, or fax your order to us. You may also place your order online but provide payment information over the phone or mail payment.

Q: How do I know my credit card information is safe?
A: We use secure server technology (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) to virtually eliminate the risk of an unwanted intermediary obtaining your credit card information during transmission. SSL is the standard in secure Web transactions and is the best technology available today. When you go to checkout, the URL will start with https://, indicating that you are using a secure connection.

Q: What do I do if I don't have a credit card?
A: We'll work out other payment arrangements with you. Fill your shopping cart with your order and choose "Mail Payment" under payment options. Please contact us so we know how you'll be paying. Your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

Q: Why are the prices different from what I'm used to seeing?
A: Some of our prices are slightly different on the web than they are other places. For instance, we have some web-only specials. If you are a wholesale customer, make sure you are registered and logged in as a wholesale customer so you are seeing the correct prices.

A: We try to give you the best value for your money and keep our prices low. However, occasionally there may be an error on the site, and we reserve the right to correct any errors on the website, including but not limited to pricing errors.

A: Our web site is our most current catalog. If you cannot find an item on our site it may have been discontinued. Please feel free to contact us by email or phone, or leave us a note when you checkout and we will contact you concerning the item when processing your order.
